Well, there are no humans shown or mentioned in town because Kris is the only human living in Hometown. This doesn't mean non-exist, though. Kris generally seems to be a bit of a curiosity as "the human" to some of the younger monsters, which would support that they are unique and the only human in town.
Despite being billed as a cute and quirky RPG, Undertale is incredibly scary at points, featuring some stuff that will downright traumatize a child or an adult, for that matter.

How to Get to Jevil in Deltarune. Now that you have all three fragments, you'll have to go back to the blacksmith at the bake sale area and hand them over so that he can forge the key. With the key in hand, head back to the castle basement to free Jevil and start the fight.
Since Deltarune is more linear than Undertale, you don't have to play another route in order to get the full story. Instead, you get the full story in one route. Deltarune tells its story a lot better than Undertale because of reasons I already mentioned.

Queen, full name Serial Number Q5U4EX7YY2E9N, is the primary antagonist and final boss of Chapter 2 in Deltarune. She is the ruler of the Cyber World, a Dark World located in the library's computer lab. GIGA Queen is her giant robot which serves as the Chapter 2 final boss on a Normal Route.
