It is impossible to transfer between PSN wallets.
- Sign in to your PS4 system as the family manager and go to Settings > Parental Controls/Family Management > Family Management.
- Select Add Family Member > Create User.
- Enter the child's name and date of birth, then click Next.
- The User Agreement will appear and you'll need to accept this to continue.
The billing address that you provide needs to match up with the address that your credit card company has on file associated with your card. Cards that do not support AVS may not be accepted on the PlayStation Store, so you'll need to call your card issuer to check if yours does.
Select (Options) > [Transaction Management] > [Add Funds] and follow the screens. When using a PlayStation™Network card or a promotion code, you can add funds to your wallet by selecting (Options) > [Redeem Codes] and following the on-screen instructions.

Use the wallet to purchase products that are for sale in (PlayStation®Store). One wallet is created for each Sony Entertainment Network master account. You must add funds to the wallet before making purchases.

You can use the following payment methods to make PlayStation Store purchases and top up your PlayStation Wallet:
- Visa.
- PayPal.
- Mastercard.
- American Express.
- Discover.
- Official Mastercard or Visa debit cards.
How to top up a wallet for PlayStation Store purchases
- Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
- Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Add Funds.
- Select your account, the amount to be added and your payment method.
If your credit or debit card is registered to an address in a different country to that of your PlayStation Store region, you may find that they cannot be linked. If possible, please use a payment card registered to the same region as your PlayStation Store region.
Credit card information is invalid. Make sure card holder name, card number, CVV code (last three digits on the signature strip), expiry date and address are correct and match the details attached to your credit/debit card account. Use a card that has a street address. For example, do not use a PO Box or BFPO address.
As long as your credit card is an official American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa, you should be okay. Debit cards must be an official Mastercard or Visa or it's not going to be accepted by PSN's system.
- Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Wallet > Payment Methods.
- Select Add a Credit/Debit Card and enter your a credit or debit card information.

Head to the
PlayStation support page. Choose Request a
refund and then
Refund Chatbot. In the new window select New
refund request.

How do I add money to my PayPal account?
