Bundles are defined as multiple different products being grouped together and sold as a single offer. If the bundle contains a primary items plus accessories (like a camera plus case and additional lenses) use the identifiers of the primary item and indicate in item specifics that it is a bundle offer.
To sell something on eBay, you first have to make a listing so other people using the site can see what you have on offer. To do that, you must create an account with eBay and once you have done that, you are free to make a listing.
Bundles are packages that contain a base product plus additional items or accessories. Custom bundles are offerings that are created by a seller who is not the manufacturer of the main product(s) in the bundle.
Sell your entire inventory as a lot by clicking the Lot tab when specifying the quantity to sell: specify 1 for the Number of Lots and then 400 for the Number of Items Per Lot.
Here's how it works:
- When listing your item, select the Fixed Price tab, enter the Buy It Now price, and then enter the number of items for sale in the Quantity field.
- Buyers purchase one or more of your items by clicking Buy It Now on your listing.
eBay uses an item's brand, manufacturer part number (MPN), and global trade item numbers (GTINs)—such as Universal Product Codes (UPCs) and International Standard Book Numbers (ISBNs)—to help buyers quickly find the items they're looking for.
To do this from My eBay:
- Go to the Sold - opens in new window or tab section of My eBay.
- Select the items you want to combine into a single invoice.
- Add the new postage charge.
- From the Actions menu, select Send Invoice.
Listing Multiple Items
- Log in to eBay and click "Sell."
- Click "Switch to advanced tool." This allows you to modify all the options of your listing, including quantity.
- Enter a title for your listing.
- Fill in all the information you have about your item in the various fields, just as you would when selling a single item.
The option to include variations in a listing may not show up on the Sell an Item page, but after you select one of the categories where variations are permitted, a window pops up. You can then select the Yes option to answer the question “Do you want to include variations in this listing?” and click Continue.
How to add variations on eBay listings
- Describe the features of the item that are standard across all of the items.
- Specify your variations and the options for each variation.
- Review the variations to make sure your inventory matches exactly with the quantity selected for each variation.
- Add pictures.
To set up eBay-negotiated rates:
- On the Manage shipping settings - opens in new window or tab page, select Edit beside Offer carrier-specific discounts for buyers.
- Select Offer eBay negotiated discount rates.
- Check the box beside the eBay negotiated rates you wish to offer and then select Save.
Select from the list of details or find more by clicking the Add more details link. If you want to enter your own variation detail, select Add your own variation detail. Example: If you're selling a product in small, medium and large, click Size and then select S, M and L. You can select up to 5 variation details.
You can combine shipping on eBay if a buyer purchases several items from you, saving them money. While sellers aren't required to offer combined shipping, it's considered good business to do so. Buyers can either request a revised invoice from the seller or you can offer the discount automatically.
- Click My eBay at the top of any eBay page.
- In the left column, click Sell.
- Click the Edit button, and your listings will appear in a spreadsheet-type form.
- Click the boxes you want to change, such as title or price, and make your changes.
Part 2: Selling on eBay: Create a listing
- Step 1: Identify your product.
- Step 2: Choose between Auction-style and fixed-price selling.

It appears your auction items do. So you should be able to add a photo - as long as you have a photo space left.
Scroll down to the Variations section and click Add variations. Click Choose variation type and select the type of variation you offer. If you want to vary the price, quantity, or SKU numbers for your variation, check the box for that option under your variation type. Click Save.
