If you stay in the U.S. on the basis of a United States Permanent Resident Card – or USCIS Form I-551, popularly known as the Green Card – your ability to travel to Europe without a visa will depend on the country that has issued your passport.

But if you have a visa and a cedula extranjería like I do, you reportedly cannot drive legally in Colombia with a driver's license from another country.

Foreigners who have confirmed onward tickets and seats on international flights and directly transit through China and stay for no more than 24 hours within the airport boundaries do not need to apply for a transit visa.
You cannot travel holding a US green card alone. You must have a passport - presumably from your original country, and hopefully still current. The passport determines your eligibility to enter Hong Kong without a visa and how long you can stay.
