The truth is that you don't need to train 7days a week to get good. No not at all. I recommend 2days a week to start out and if you feel the need you canbuild to 3 or 4. Unless you're a pro MMA fighter likeAnderson Silva you don't have a need to be in the trainingroom more then 2-3 days a week.
