To enable AirPlay from iCloud, users must click Settings > AirPlay > “Play from iTunes in the Cloud,” and select “auto.” In addition to the aforementioned features, Apple TV will now play back photos and videos from shared photo streams and automatically updates apps.
To group your movies on the Apple TV, open iTunes and select the Movies library. Now Command-click on the movies you'd like to group into a folder, and then press Command-I to open the Multiple Item Information dialog.

Open iTunes for Windows. If you're not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID. Use the same Apple ID for every computer or device on your Home Sharing network. From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose File > Home Sharing > Turn on Home Sharing.
On your Apple TV

You might need to convert some movies to work with Apple TV. Any video that plays on iPhone, iPad, or iPod is compatible with Apple TV. In the iTunes app on your PC, choose Movies from the pop-up menu at the top left, then click Library. Select the movie, then choose File > Convert > Create iPad or Apple TV Version.
As with iPhones and iPads, there is no option to expand storage on your Apple TV later on. So if you're unsure what your personal usage will be like or if you plan on enjoying tons of apps and games, it's wise to go ahead and spring for the larger storage capacity upfront than to deal with storage constraints later.
Your Apple TV streams video and music, but it stores apps locally. The more apps you download to Apple TV, the more storage is used up. 4K content on iTunes is streaming only, and not available for download on any device, Netflix downloads are only for mobile and blocked from airplay.
The USB port on the back of the Apple TV is only used for service and diagnostics. A USB keyboard, mouse, hard drive, or any other device will not be recognized by Apple TV.
