As of today, Amazon customers in the US can speak to Alexa in Spanish. They can switch Echo and Alexa Built-In devices to Spanish using the Alexa app, or they can take advantage of multilingual mode. That feature allows Alexa to respond in English or Spanish, depending on which language the question was asked in.
With Alexa, you can ask her to play music, hear the news, check weather, control smart home devices, and yes, you can even learn a language. Chinese is not supported on Google Home or the other smart speakers and smart displays. Simplified Chinese is only available through Google Assistant on smartphones today. The iOS app does, however, support traditional Chinese.

If you want to learn just conversational Arabic in a given dialect you should first and foremost immerse yourself in watching and listening to as much media you can from that region. For example of you want to learn Egyptian Arabic then watching Egyptian media will greatly help. Immersion is key to fluency.
