Bradley Beach is officially open Memorial Day weekend when lifeguards will be on duty from Weekdays 9 am-5 pm and weekends and holidays 9 am-6 pm.
Sipping a beer on the beach used to be a no-no in Atlantic City, but public drinking is now permanent in parts of the city after Gov. The law, signed Aug. 28, expands on an executive order signed by Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Sr.
Fortunately, New Jersey does have five guarded ocean beaches that serve the public free of charge. And conveniently, they're all located in the traditionally Philly-favored beach towns strung between Atlantic City and Cape May. So here are a few spots where can you catch a free, and safe, ocean swim at the Shore.
Ocean beaches in each resort are lifeguard protected and open daily during the daytime hours from Memorial Day through Labor Day. All Cape May County bathing beaches are monitored and tested regularly by the Cape May County Health Department under the guidelines of the State of New Jersey.
It shall be unlawful to swim or bathe in the ocean waters adjacent to and bounding the beaches of the City of Atlantic City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., prevailing time, in any twenty-four-hour day.
Green– mild conditions, low risk of rip currents, but still swim with caution. Yellow- moderate conditions, moderate risk for rip currents and swimmers and patrons should enter the water with caution.
Five of the free beaches are located in Cape May County. They are Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, North Wildwood, Corson's Inlet State Park and Strathmere. The sixth free beach is Atlantic City, perhaps the state's most storied resort hub, and famously home to the world's oldest and longest boardwalk.

Why Atlantic City's minority neighborhoods are also its most flooded. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration estimates that, by 2050, Atlantic City will see between 65 and 155 nuisance flooding episodes a year — roughly 10 times more than the current frequency.
Penalties for Bringing a Minor into a Casino in Atlantic City. As mentioned above, entering a casino as a minor or allowing your minor child to enter a casino are both illegal under N.J.S.A. § 5:12-119.
Under 21 in AC at night and on spring break you will be bored. Limited to the amusement rides, IMAX theater, arcade, shopping in the Quarter, walking the Boardwalk,bumper cars, restaurants, etc. There is no alcohol allowed on the Boardwalk also. There are no under 21 clubs, you won't even be allowed on a casino floor.

Dogs are prohibited from trotting along the Atlantic City boardwalk or in the village of Cape May, but they are welcome to swim and play at Brant Beach Dog Beach, New Jersey's only designated dog beach. Sunset Beach also free parking, an outdoor restaurant and picnic tables.
The Ocean City beach is open to the public from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m (We use the overnight hours to keep the beaches clean and beautiful!)
