And here's what we know about why iZombie was ultimately cancelled. Apparently, the decision came down to dwindling viewership, although some still find that hard to believe.
In order to teach Angus a lesson, Blaine killed his own grandfather, smothering him with a pillow, so he could give it to his father. This was due to Angus having his will say that if he died of a mysterious death, everything he owns goes to Blaine's old babysitter, who tortured Blaine mentally when he was young.
Ravi makes the cure but Gabriel injects himself with it, but ends up killing him. That's when Blaine discovers Drake Holloway, a police detective found bleeding to death in Shady Plots. He and Don.
It's so crazy it could work. 4. The season ends with last week's episode: Lucas and Peyton's wedding. The episode left us with Peyton collapsed on the floor.
Bozzio was zombified by the fake Aleutian flu vaccine, but Clive was happily last seen helping her dye her hair, implying the two had fully renewed their relationship. As of the end of Season 4, they have gotten married with Dale being given the an cure by Liv. They're now parents to two children.
Ravi Chakrabarti (Rahul Kohli) tested a vaccine on himself back in Season 3 and has been living with the consequences ever since. For a 72-hour period, Ravi experiences his “monthlies,” in which he temporarily becomes a zombie.

Darcy's brain was simply the only thing he had left to sell. It was definitely the guy she shot. Blaine even says "Bubba tastes better than he looked" and Blaine killed Darcy because he found out Don E was still getting money from Fillmore-Graves.
Detective Clive Babineaux has one less mystery to solve. In the game-changing season 2 finale of iZombie, Liv (Rose McIver) finally told Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) everything there is to know about zombies — including the fact that she and Major (Robert Buckley) number in their ranks.
Hunger for Brains: Since he is a zombie, he must feed on brains at least once a month to keep his humanity and survive, otherwise he becomes "dumber, meaner" and more like a proper zombie. Adrenaline: His zombie abilities are triggered by adrenaline, making it hard to control and hard to hide.
iZombie answered a burning mystery during Tuesday's episode when Blaine confessed to Peyton that he regained his memories after taking the second cure and has been faking his amnesia. “You've made a fool of me,” she responded, noting that her friends could have been human for months.
Blaine is my favorite character from iZombie. I see him, not as a bad guy, but as an innately resourceful and intelligent character. Yes, he makes zombies, kills the homeless and hoodlums for their brains to feed such zombies. He is definitely the most intriguing character in the show!
Episode 12 ended with Peyton finding out Liv's secret, causing her to leave the apartment with no one knowing where she went.
Kurt inadvertently pulls away from Blaine due to his Vogue.com internship; distraught and feeling isolated from his friends, Blaine cheats on Kurt. After confessing to Kurt of his infidelity, Kurt severs all ties.
Pseudo-Immortality: Being trapped in a paradox between life and death, Justin does not belong to both and is thereby unfettered with the limitations of either (i.e. fatality).
In season two of iZombie we had to say goodbye to Drake Holloway, Liv's boyfriend/undercover cop turned zombie. With a heavy heart we watched Drake get shot in the head by none other than Liv herself, after he had tested the cure which had turned him into a full-blown zombie without any human qualities.
So Blaine becomes a zombie again middle of season 3 and shocks M rBoss, but I didn't see Liv or Ravi or anyone really react to this revelation. It seemed like it was totally overlooked by the gang.
