16 would win. 16 was able to battle first form cell head on, who was stronger then 17 who piccolo was evenly matched with who after fusing with Kami was stronger then Goku and Vegeta who were both about equal in power and weaker then the androids 17 and 18 who were weaker then 16.
Android 17 is ultimately killed when Semi-Perfect Cell self-destructs on King Kai's planet. 17's life is restored after the Z Fighters use the Dragon Balls to revive those who died as a result of Cell's campaign. A second wish made to Shenron by Krillin removes the Android Bombs within Lapis and Lazuli's bodies.
Android 16 battled Cell but was defeated. At the Cell Games, 16 interfered with Gohan and Cell's battle, and was subsequently destroyed. All that was left of him was his head. Android 16 was still able to communicate with the Z-Warriors, but this ended once Cell stepped on his head, killing him instantly.
In the alternate timeline of the Cell arc, like most of the heroes, Yamcha was killed in the encounter with the Androids. Yamcha is later killed again when Majin Buu turns him into chocolate and eats him, along with Krillin, Bulma, and the other allies.
As the Cell Games commence, Bulma cheers for Vegeta and Future Trunks. At some point after Future Trunks returns to the future, Vegeta and Bulma reconcile and get married. Seven years pass, and by then, they have a much better relationship, due to having fallen truly in love with each other.
The strongest Android during the Cell saga was #16. His power was shown to be on par with Imperfect Cell after he had absorbed energy from several hundred thousand people on Earth and as a result had outclassed both Android #17 and Piccolo.
Android 18 is very likely on the same level as Piccolo or maybe slightly stronger or weaker. Android 17 on the other hand is definitely stronger than SSJG Goku but not stronger than SSJB Goku.
Goku has never kissed Chichi on the lips, but he has been kissed by her on the cheek: In Dragon Ball Super Goku stated that he never kissed Chichi, In the DBZ anime however he did, But in the DBZ manga he didn't.
4 Naruto Wins: He's Smarter Than GokuSince Goku is excessively strong, he defeats his enemies using his strength. He can use his vast experience in the battlefield to easily come up with a strategy that can stop Goku, if not defeat him fully.
No Hit doesn't kill Goku. Hit was ordered by Vados who has been ordered by someone else…still not known. Apparently Hit's strike is flawless but when Goku fires a ki blast his heart receives a kick-start again and he lives.

Thanks to 17's resilience, Universe 7 won the Tournament of Power. Dragon Ball Super made Android 17 one of the anime's four strongest heroes, the others being Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan.
So the androids are built from birth to be super strong, but you know what is even more terrifying? That they have the capacity to become even stronger than they already are. Since Android 17 and 18 are human-based, they have the ability to train and increase their power.
Takao Koyama, a screenwriter for Dragon Ball Z has himself admitted that Broly is, in fact, the strongest warrior in the universe. Legendary Super Saiyan Brolly is more powerful than Goku in his most powerful Super Saiyan form.
Prior to the tournament, 17 forced Goku to go Super Saiyan Blue, which is a strong indication of just how powerful he is. Apparently, he has enough power to rival someone who possesses divine energy. 17 now lags behind Goku and Vegeta, who both attained new forms fighting Jiren in the Tournament of Power.
The Future Androids were sociopathic and cruel, who took joy in killing and destruction. According to them their personalities are the result of Dr. Gero's attempts at programming them to hate humans. They are unfair in combat, stepping in when the other starts to get overwhelmed in combat.
Gohan is stronger than Vegeta in only one thing and that is forgiving enemies. When Gohan reached SSJ2 against Cell, he gave Cell a chance to surrender. When Mystic Gohan fought Buu, he gave Buu a chance to surrender.
4 Frieza. There's no question that Frieza is several times stronger than Gohan. Gohan's Potential Unleashed form might grant him powers surpassing those of a Super Saiyan 3, but Frieza's Golden Form makes him a god-tier warrior.
Gohan is a half-blooded Saiyan from Universe 7's earth and the son of Goku. When compared to Hit, however, Gohan doesn't stand much of a chance since the assassin is way too strong for him. We're sure that Gohan will put up a decent fight but the ability to skip through time is too much for someone like him to handle.
17 is the smarter fighter and has access to unlimited energy, but he's nowhere near the same level of power and durability as Golden Frieza. 17 can try to outlast Golden Frieza's stamina, but Frieza is smart enough to recognize the amount of time he has left with his form and will make the most use of it.
Android 20He turned himself into an android to prevent himself from dying. He was killed after Android 17 and Android 18 turned on him after activating Android 16, an android that Dr.Gero might have someday programed to kill Goku. He then activated 17 and 18 then they killed him.
Upon arriving on Earth, the hellish 17 fused with the Earth 17, turning into Super 17. He was the most powerful android ever seen. From there, he kills Krillin, and annihilates Vegeta and the rest of the planet's defenders. 18 and Goku, the last two standing, teamed up and take on the former's evil brother.
Android 18 isn't exactly an android, she's specifically a cyborg. She was human once but Dr.Gero remodeled her and added cybernetics. Gero left her human enough to conceive a child. And so she did with Krillin. This is actually referenced in DBZ Abridged.
Androids 17 and 18 were two normal human beings named Lapis and Lazuli respectively. After tampering with their bodies and even planting a bomb inside them, 17 and 18 became the first successful artificial humans with the power level that Dr. Gero had wanted up until that point.
