Neji was mortally wounded after he shield Hinata from debris which was meant for Naruto, and the two ninjas were dumbstruck by the event. Naruto did his best to keep Neji alive, but the latter had accepted his fate and passed away whilst Hinata cried over him.
Although Sakura is physically stronger, Hinata can just evade all her attacks with her ocular jutsu. Hinata: Okay so while most people at first glance would just say that Hinata is just Naruto's shy fan, she's much more than that. She was one of the few people to accept and grow from Naruto in the early on stages.

Neji is definitely one of the strongest characters in the Chunin Exams arc. Sasuke, with his Rinnegan and Sage of the Six Paths chakra as well as his Susano'o, Neji had no way of defeating him. Sasuke overpowered his techniques and surpasses him in taijutsu. Sasuke is just too fast for Neji.
Hinata can beat sperm sasuke. He cannot control his chakra nor has he awakened his sharingan and doesn't have a body yeah i give her low difficulty as she has to go through Mikoto first so Mikoto wont so easily let her land a hit.
Her biggest known weakness in the series is her physical strength, although she relies on Gentle Fist, which makes up for the lack of strength to a certain extent. As an adult, Hinata is likely much stronger and fearsome as a ninja.
Sakura's only offensive advantage is her monster strength which wouldn't do anything in this fight considering that Sakura only has a level 1 in taijustu in other words being put against a taijustu master even with her strength wouldn't do anything. Tenten would win.
Now there are a few characters that get hate and deserve it for the most part, but there's one that has been consistently hated on since the beginning. Don't think Sakura a dumb or useless character because she never killed anyone (on screen that is. There's a lot of implied time between some episodes so she may have on some uneventful irrelevant mission. Same for Naruto) The show just has too many characters so they basically only got one or maybe two times to shine.
Sakura would win easily. She is much faster and much stronger than all might and has 100 healings. All Might is physically weaker then Sakura and using brute strength is All Mights speciality. He has no hax which would trouble Sakura all he has is raw strength and speed which are worse then Sakuras.
1 CAN'T BEAT: Madara UchihaUnfortunately for Sakura, she doesn't have any such power. Her strength pales in comparison to Madara's, and so does everything else about her. To someone like Madara, Sakura is barely a threat, and in case they ever come face-to-face, Madara won't have to stress too much to defeat her.
One of the best sensory ninjas in Naruto, Ino is a member of the Yamanaka clan of Konohagakure. However, Sakura is not only far stronger than Ino but also knows her way of fighting extremely well. Anything Ino would throw her way would be useless in their fight.
