Use the KidiConnect™ smartphone app to invite your family to join KidiConnect™. Then, they can chat with your child too. Just follow these instructions if you want to add a new member to your family. Open the KidiConnect™ smartphone app, and touch the Add Friend icon in the upper right corner of the main menu screen.

Insert the cartridge into the InnoTab® MAX cartridge slot. Touch the cartridge icon on the InnoTab® MAX desktop. If your cartridge is compatible with InnoTab® MAX and the updated version is available, you will be prompted to download the updated program. Touch "Yes" to start the download.
To update the firmware on your KidiCom Max, navigate to parental controls on the device. Make sure your KidiCom Max is connected to the internet and select settings, then select Firmware Update. The KidiCom Max will check for the latest firmware.

KidiCom® ADVANCE System:Touch one of the icons at the top to select the content type. Then touch the Refresh icon in the upper right corner to check for any new purchases. You should see your new purchases once the list has refreshed. They will automatically start to download.
KidiBuzz™ is an Android device, so it's compatible with most Android apps. They may also contain in-app advertising and may allow your child to make purchases depending on your parent control settings within that app store.
KidiCom® ADVANCE System:Tap on "Network Helper". If you are already successfully connected to a network, touch the "Next" button. Otherwise, to choose a network, touch "Select Network." Make sure Wi-Fi is on.
VTech Kidizoom Smartwatch DX2 has a built-in pedometer. You can download extra free content like games and seasonal clock faces from VTech's Learning Lodge.
If you want to save the files onto a microSD card, create a new folder called "Music" in the root of the microSD card and drag your MP3 files into this new folder. Once you've copied the files you want, make sure to eject your device before disconnecting your KidiBuzz™.

KidiCom® ADVANCE System:Once the update is done, enter Parent Settings by swiping to the second page of the Home Screen and then touching the Parents icon. A prompt will appear asking you to register your device. Touch "Register" to begin.
