L.L. Bean is more than 5000 square feet in size, but they are the only exception in Maine to the blue law. However due to COVID-19 they are not open 24 hours for the holiday season. Hours will be 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. starting on Thanksgiving and running through to the end of the year.

The summer sale started Wednesday, June 10th, and went through June 21st. (Remember, you can still take advantage of the Macy's sale this weekend). Besides the Macy's One Day Sale, the Macys Friends and Family Sale is my favorite time to get great deals at Macy's.
The Sephora after-Christmas sale overlaps with its huge Sephorathon month-long event, so on top of those glittery discounts in the sale section, you can get an additional 20% off sale items with code MAJORSALE (and did they lie?). It is, in fact, major, and the deals are happening through January 1 while supplies last.
Moving clearance items aroundIn the past year or so, Macy's has rolled out "Last Act" clearance sections in all of its stores. These sections have a simplified pricing structure: Items are heavily marked down but aren't eligible for coupons or any additional discounts.
Macy's will price match an identical item from an approved store's website within 10 days. To get a price match, just show the store ad, website, or another proof of price to your Macy's cashier. (Or customer service associate for Macys.com orders over the phone.)
