If you're experiencing issues while loading your images in PicMonkey or the editor seems slow, you may need to clear your browser cache and restart your computer. Some users using PicMonkey on Chrome OS may notice that their scrollbar in Text, Graphics, or Templates is inoperable or missing entirely.
Click the Create new button to open an image in the editor. Once you've opened an image, take a trip to the left side of the workspace and see what you can do to it. As soon as you start working, PicMonkey stores the image in your own cloud-based Hub so you can access it from anywhere.

Does PicMonkey Prorate Its Cancelations? There are no prorated or partial refunds with PicMonkey. What's good is that, if you cancel your PicMonkey subscription during the first fourteen days since you signed up (the so-called Cooling-off Period), the company will reimburse all of your payments within this time.
Overall: This is a great tool for non-designers. It does so much of the work for you with their templates and easy-to-use editing. I have saved money using PicMonkey since I am outsourcing less work to graphic designers now. Pros: PicMonkey is easy to learn and use.
