Manual Activation
- In the settings on your phone, select “Connections”:

- Select “Enter Code Instead”:
STEP 1: Using your phone, connect to WiFi or use the mobile data of your active physical SIM. STEP 2: Tap Settings on your device. STEP 3: Tap Cellular. STEP 4: Tap Add Cellular Plan.
Transfer your eSIM between iPhones
- On the new iPhone, tap Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan.
- Choose the eSIM to transfer from the list, then tap Add Cellular Plan.
- On the current iPhone, tap Transfer. If you get any errors, check out the troubleshooting page.

To download your eSIM profile, you may receive an “activation code” from an eSIM carrier. The activation code is in fact a download link. It is often in the format of a QR code that you will scan with the camera of your phone or tablet to install and activate your eSIM profile on your device.
can I use Vi™'s prepaid service on my device with eSIM technology? Currently eSIM service is only available on Vi™ Postpaid.
For Android:
- Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager.
- Select a plan on eSIM that you want to remove.
- Toggle the swith to disable the eSIM.
- Tap Remove.

Head to Settings and select Network & Internet. Tap Mobile Network and then Carrier, followed by Add Carrier. Scan the QR code received on mail and when completed, tap on Download. Select Done and your eSIM will be activated.
