If you can't remember your pasword or it's not working
You can reset your Microsoft account password by following these steps: Go to the Recover your account page. Enter the email address, phone number, or Skype ID you used when you made your Microsoft account.Updating Your Mail Password on Your Android Device
- Tap on the Settings icon.
- Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
- Under Common Settings, tap Settings.
- Under Account Settings, tap your username.
- Tap Password to update your password to match the email server.
- Enter your new campus password and then tap OK. You're done!
For Android or Chromebooks:
- Open the Office app. On the Recent screen, tap Sign In.
- On the Sign In screen, type the email address and password you use with Office. This might be the personal Microsoft account you associated with Office, or the username and password you use with your work or school account.
If you're using a work or school account, go to If you're using a Microsoft account, go to If the admin turned on the capability to let you to reset your own password, you will be able to reset your own password.
If you use any Microsoft services (Office, Outlook, etc.), you have a Microsoft account. Go to Microsoft account and select Sign in. Type the email, phone number, or Skype sign-in that you use for other services (Outlook, Office, etc.), then select Next. If you don't have a Microsoft account, you can select No account?
When you add your Office 365 account to Outlook for IOS, if you want to change the password for your account, you can click "forget password" to go to website to change your password. Or you can go to: office.com/signin, Setting > Password > Make your changes and click Save.

Use these steps to add an app or network credential on Windows 10:
- Open Control Panel.
- Click on User Accounts.
- Click on Credential Manager.
- Click the Windows Credentials tab.
- Click the Add a Windows credential (or Add a certificate-based credential) option.
Uninstall Microsoft Teams
- Quit Teams by right-clicking the Teams icon in the taskbar and choosing Close window.
- In Windows, click on the Start button.
- Under Apps & features, search "teams".
- Highlight Microsoft Teams, then select Uninstall.
- A box will appear, then again select Uninstall to confirm.
To open Credential Manager, type credential manager in the search box on the taskbar and select Credential Manager Control panel. Select Web Credentials or Windows Credentials to access the credentials you want to manage.
Click Start, type Credential Manager and select the same from the list. Click Windows credential on the right. Click Add a Windows credential. In the Internet or network address box, type the name of the computer on the network that you want to access.
How to Add a New Website to Windows Credential Manager
- Open Internet Explorer, click the gear icon, and then choose "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
- Click "Settings" under AutoComplete on the Content tab, and then check "User Names and Passwords on Forms."
- Uncheck "Ask Me Before Saving Passwords," if preferred, and then click "OK" to close each window.
To view the saved email passwords in Outlook client
Go to the File tab and select Info. Step 2: Choose Account Settings > Account Settings. Step 3: On the Email tab, choose your account (profile), and then choose Repair. Step 4: Follow the prompts in the wizard, and click ReTap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. Under Common Settings, tap Settings. Under Account Settings, tap your username. Tap Password to update your password to match the email server.
Change your password
- On your Android phone or tablet, open your device's Settings app Google. Google Account.
- At the top, tap Security.
- Under "Signing in to Google," tap Password. You might need to sign in.
- Enter your new password, then tap Change Password.
In Outlook, choose File > Account Settings > Account Settings. If that is the case go to File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles, Select Emails Accounts, then select the email account you want to change, and then choose Change. In the Change Account window, update your password.
- Step 1: Check if you can change it. On your Android phone or tablet, open your device's Settings app Google. Google Account. At the top, tap Personal info.
- Step 2: Change it. Next to your email address, select Edit . Enter the new email address for your account.
How to Change or Update an Email Password on iPhone and iPad
- Open the “Settings” app on iPhone or iPad.
- Go to “Passwords & Accounts” (earlier iOS versions choose “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”)
- Tap on the email address account you want to update and change the email password for.
- Open the Outlook App.
- Click Settings (lower right corner)
- Click Accounts.
- Click Edit Login Information.
- Update password.
- Click Sign in.

Reset password using your phone
- Go to your Adobe account, enter your email address, and click Continue.
- In the Enter your password window, click Reset your password.
- In the Verify your identity window, choose your mobile number.
Launch the app by clicking the Creative Cloud desktop icon in the Windows taskbar or macOS menu bar. Then sign in to the app and click the Profile icon in the upper-right corner. To access your Adobe account, click Adobe Account in the menu that appears.
Change the password and timeout for a digital ID
- In Acrobat, click the Edit menu and choose Preferences > Signatures.
- Expand Digital IDs on the left, select Digital ID Files, and then select a digital ID on the right.
- Click Change Password.
- With the ID still selected, click the Password Timeout button.
A permissions password (also known as a master password) requires a password to change permission settings. Using a permissions password, you can restrict printing, editing, and copying content in the PDF. Recipients don't need a password to open the document in Reader or Acrobat.
Your Adobe ID is the email address you used when you first started a trial or membership, or purchased an Adobe app or service. Use the same Adobe ID to keep all your Adobe plans and products associated with a single account.
