Change your Registered Mobile Number in Hsbc Bank
- Step 1: Approach home branch of Hsbc Bank where you maintain your account.
- Step 2: Obtain KYC Details Change form.
- Step 3: Fill up KYC Details Change form.
- Step 4: Submit KYC Details Change form along with necessary documents.

Complete the steps below to verify your account:
- Click Next: Verify your account.
- Enter your phone number.
- Choose whether you'd like to receive your verification code by text message (SMS) or voice call.
- Click Continue.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code that you received and click Verify.

- Download the HSBC UK Mobile Banking app from the app store.

How to place a temporary block on your card
- Log on using biometrics or your Digital Secure Key.
- Tap on the account for the card you want to block.
- Go to 'Manage Cards'.
- Select 'Block or unblock card'.
- Choose the card you need to block, and select 'Block this card'.
- Review the information displayed and select 'Confirm'.
Via HSBC Internet Banking
- Visit the website of HSBC.
- Log in with your credentials and click on your registered deposit account.
- Once done, select the option of 'close FD'.
- Choose the account where you wish the matured amount to be credited.
- Click on submit and your deposit account will be closed.
