Amazon Music is retiring the Music Storage service, which allows customers to upload and store up to 250 songs in a personal cloud library. Our records indicate you have uploaded one or more songs through your Amazon account in the past. Otherwise your uploaded songs will be removed from your library on April 30, 2018.
Here are some reasons Prime Music or Amazon Music Unlimited titles no longer show as available: The titles were removed from the Prime Music or Amazon Music Unlimited catalog. Your Amazon Prime membership or your Amazon Music Unlimited subscription expired or was canceled.
Amazon Music Unlimited and Prime Music songs can be downloaded for offline playback.
- Select the music (song, album, playlist, etc.) you want to download.
- Tap the More Options menu, and tap Download. Note: Amazon Music HD subscribers must re-download offline music to stream in HD or Ultra HD.
To locate songs you downloaded onto your device, tap the three-line menu icon in the top-left corner of the app and select Recently Downloaded. From this screen, you can play music just as you would when accessing your songs in the cloud.
Prime Music is only accessible within the Amazon Music app. It is not possible to export titles for use on other apps and devices. Amazon Music Unlimited titles cannot be copied onto CDs and other external storage. Prime Music can be downloaded for offline playback on up to four authorized devices.

An Amazon courtesy credit is a special (and sometimes random) credit that can be issued to your account by Amazon after you take certain actions or file complaints. It's different from a gift card balance or promo code discount and has a few quirks related to things like refunds that you need to know about.
Credits have been added to your account because you selected No-Rush Shipping on your recent Prime order. Your credits will automatically apply at checkout. All credits expire on the specified expiration date at midnight Pacific time.
