If you have chosen to make your repayments using our direct debit service Easi-Pay, your repayments will automatically be made on time from your nominated bank account.
Complete a Direct Deposit Form, which is available in any Citibank Branch, or obtain one from your employer. Provide your account number and the Citibank ABA number of the account you want the deposits credited to, or just attach a voided check. How It Works. Standard service funds are credited to your account within 3 business days, as long as you initiate the transfer by 1 a.m . ET on any business day. Next Day service funds are credited to your account on the next business day, as long as you initiate the transfer by 3 p.m .
You will get a PIN number for your Citi credit card once you are approved for a card. When you receive and activate your new Citi card, you will receive a PIN number by mail between 5 to 10 business days later. The mailing will include your four-digit PIN, or Personal Identification Number.
Some other banks' account numbers are shorter or longer than 8 digits. If the account number is only 7 digits (eg, some Lloyds TSB account numbers), add a zero before the first number. If the account number is over 8 digits, the beneficiary should be advised to ask their bank which 8 digits are required.
Most account nos are 8 digits. Now this is common apparently on A&L/Santander accounts although then the sort code is normally 5 digits and then the first digit of the account number is used to make up the 6th digit.

How to Find Citibank Account Number
- The Account number is mentioned in the chequebook. Towards the bottom, there will be numbers mentioned.
- On the backside of the Debit card, the account number is mentioned. First 10 digits indicate the account number.
Log in online: You can check your account balance online anytime—and much more. To get started, go to your bank's website and access your account information. You can view and print copies of your card statement online, simply log onto your account at Citi Online, click on the 'Account Information' tab followed by the 'View Statement' tab and follow the prompts to download your statement in a printable format.
Answer to this is , Citibank does not provide passbook as such. But you can get e- statements sent to you via email by just requesting on portal. Other option is if you want hard copy or original account statement then you can visit nearest citibank branch and you can request that.

Turn your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your CVV number / Card Security Code.
The bank can not find the CVV number off the computer, just by interrogating the card's electronic foot print, say through an ATM or Card reader. So each time a new card is issued, a new CVV number is created as well, but endorsed on the back of the card by another machine.
