If you want to know everything about your flight, just log in to PNR Status of the airlines and details would be in front of your screen. PNR Status enquiry is the best way of gathering the confirmation about your flight. So when you fly with any Airlines, you should check the airline PNR Status before flying.
If you'd like to check the status of your ticket, please visit one of the following online resources and enter a 6-digit PNR number (airline confirmation code) and your last name: — for flights booked in Amadeus.

Regardless of where you made your reservation, your booking reference can be found on your ticket (in an area called 'PNR code' or 'Locator') or on your e-ticket itinerary receipt. The reference is a series of six characters containing letters and numbers.
A booking reference, also referred to as a PNR or Record Locator, is the airline's internal identifier for your flight booking within their computer system. It is generated by the airline's computer system, not by the travel agent or GDS.
Visit the website of the airline you're flying to see if you can check in online or what options apply to your reservation, such as checking in at a kiosk. Even if you bought your ticket from a travel booking website or a travel agent, your reservation information should be available.
PNR, Recod locator, and Confirmation number, are all the same thing. The PNR is the passenger record. It contains all the information in the reservation. A PNR must have a name, date and flight numbers, ticketing deadline, phone contact number, and who made the reservation.
When it comes down to it, booking directly through the airline is almost always more convenient. If the price changes after you buy your ticket, many airlines will get you the difference back. On top of ease and affordability, there are many other reasons that make it worth your while to book directly with the airline.
The reservation number IS your booking reference. If the booking reference you have don't work it's probably a TR reference, not a Ryanair reference.
1 You must check in online at www.ryanair.com and print or download your boarding pass, unless you have a Flexi Plus ticket (or purchased a Plus ticket after 11 December 2019), in which case you can check in at the airport for free.
