We can only recover recently deleted emails, specifically not more than 5 days old. Beyond that won't be possible. Outlook will recover as many messages as possible and put them in your Deleted folder. If you don't see the deleted messages that you wanted, it means they are permanently lost.
How to get old Yahoo emails back after deleting them?
