It's pretty easy, just copy the title of the movie you've download, go to google, paste, add "subs" or "subtitles" and search. Most likely this first hit will be okay. Make sure the name of your movie has the exact same name as your subtitle file. You also need to put your subtitles in the same directory as your movie.

Sometimes only the audio described or signed versions of a programme are available on BBC iPlayer. The audio description is built into that version and can't be removed. If you can't find the original version of the episode, it's because the non-AD version of the programme has expired.
On the BBC iPlayer website
Switch over to the non-AD version by selecting Turn off Audio Description on the white bar at the top of the playback screen, or deselect 'Audio Described' at the bottom of the playback screen. You can choose the size of subtitles if using the BBC iPlayer website. The trial is available on the website only and is not available on Internet Explorer.
On the BBC iPlayer website you can change the language of the text displayed using the Change Language option located at the bottom of the iPlayer homepage. Not all the text will change: the Cymraeg, Gaeilge and Gàidhlig language option will not change the programme title or programme description.

Closed captions are a text version of the spoken part of a television, movie, or computer presentation. Closed captioning was developed to aid hearing-impaired people, but it's useful for a variety of situations. Open captions, in contrast, are an integral part of a transmission that cannot be turned off by the viewer.
