Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and enter the password to unlock the file. If you still have the source file (I assume that you have) try this: before exporting the file go to File > Properties > general (the first tab of the dialog box) and uncheck the opition "Use user data" and press delete. Then export the doc to the PDF. That should help.
