The bottom line, as I learned: You break an Apple Watch, you might as well buy a new one. The device starts at $399, and Apple's flat rate fee to fix a screen is $299. If you bought AppleCare (for $79), Apple will give you up to two fixes of "accidental damage," at $69 a pop.
super glue (cyanoacrylate glue) is a good insulator. I do use some of them as insulators though. For instance if I have soldered wires coming off a pcb i'll plop hot-glue or epoxy over the connection to glue the wire to the PCB and remove stress from the solder connection.
For the camera bracket, I believe Apple uses hot melt glue, as it drys extremely quickly. For the actual frame itself they use cold press glue.
As others have said super glue is not conductive. You can buy conductive adhesive which is used when normal soldering is not practical. It can come in numerous styles (in a syringe, tube, or other type container). There are no substitutes to soldering.
B-7000 should be used in a well ventilated area, the surface should be clean, dry, and free from dirt, for best results used between 70 °F (21 °C) and 85 °F (29 °C). Apply B-7000 directly to each surface to be bonded or repaired. Allow B-7000 to partially cure, 5-10 minutes, before bringing surfaces together.

Plastic is easy, lots of stuff sticks to plastic, but the only thing that seems to stick to silicone is more silicone. Hot glue, super glue, Elmer's glue, Gorilla glue, and liquid steel epoxy all fail.
The Apple Watch Sport appears to crack in a similar way, but the sapphire display found on stainless steel and gold Apple Watches tends to crack where it seems to be weakest: around the curved outline of the display. Accidentally drop the Apple Watch like an iPhone, and it just might shatter on impact like an iPhone.

AppleCare (not AppleCare+) doesn't cover accidental damage, such as cracked screens on iPhone, iPad, etc, and usually for devices that are not covered by AppleCare+, regardless if they are covered by AppleCare, they are subject to non-AppleCare+ fees to replace the screen.
The change means that AppleCare+ can now be added to an iPhone as long as the device remains within its standard one-year limited warranty period. This brings AppleCare+ for iPhone in line with AppleCare for Mac and Apple TV, which can also be purchased up to one year after those devices are purchased.

This problem is caused by a swollen battery. And as you can see, the battery has expanded so much that the screen was pushed out from the case. In most cases, the Apple Watch only comes with 1-year warranty and it appears that Apple is aware of this issue for its first-gen product.
Well, when it comes to the battery at least, owners of Apple Watch will be able to extend its lifespan. An Apple spokesman confirmed to TechCrunch the “battery is replaceable”. Albeit, it's not clear how much it will cost to send in your wearable to Apple to get it returned with a new cell in place.
