ETS Silver, ETS Gold and ETS Platinum
ETS Silver – stop at all stops, hence taking slightly longer time. ETS Gold – have fewer stops compared to ETS Silver. ETS Platinum – have the least stops, complimentary snacks is served on board.As for rail, all KTM (ETS, inter-city and Komuter) and Prasarana/Rapid Rail (MRT, LRT and Monorail) services, as well as the KLIA ERL, will continue to run as normal. While operational hours for rail services are from 5am to 12 am, the service is only available for passengers from 6am to 11pm.

E-ticket cancellation is not allowed at face-to-face railway counters. The cancellation can only be done online. If an e-ticket is cancelled within 48 hours and up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the train , the Indian Railways deducts 25% of the base fare + GST applicable for all AC classes.
Typically, train companies release their Advance tickets 12 weeks before the departure date, although some go on sale as far as 24 weeks in advance! Only a limited number of tickets will be available, so be quick to secure yours as the fare can rise as the date of travel gets nearer.
Place your card firmly at the card reader until you hear a 2-BEEP SOUND. Touch only ONCE at the card reader. Use the SAME CARD to complete your journey. Produce your card for verification upon request from ticketing inspector.
