Use one of the following methods for accessing the WebEx App on your iOS device: o Tap on the App Store icon on your device, then search for Cisco WebEx Meetings. o Link to Cisco WebEx Meetings app on the iTunes App Store. 2. Call in using the number provided on your screen. Enter the Access code and the attendee ID when prompted. Note: do not use the numbers you see in this document. If you are unable to join the WebEx, for example if you are not at a computer, you can still call into the meeting for audio.
To schedule a Webex meeting:
- log in to your Webex site.
- navigate to the 'My meetings' screen, then tap the blue 'Schedule Meeting' button.
- enter a meeting topic.
- set a meeting password attendees will use to join the meeting.
- enter an email address, then tap 'Add invitee'.
- tap the date to change the day the meeting starts.
If the host has allowed people to join, say, 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled start time in setting the meeting up, people can join early, but no earlier than the time increment the host has designated (in this example, 15 minutes before schedule start time).
Use your mobile device to schedule or join a meeting from any location. Download the Cisco WebEx app to your mobile device and activate the service, then sign in to Cisco WebEx in the usual manner and you're ready to schedule or attend meetings.
