- In the Wear OS by Google App on your phone, you'll see a list of nearby devices.
- Touch your watch's name.
- You'll see a pairing code on your phone and watch.
- Touch Pair on your phone.
- On your phone, touch Enable Notifications.
"Smart Wristband" APP is an application which can syncs Smart band data to iPhone and network. This gives user real-time access to sport stats on the Smart band dashboard throughout the day. Scroll down and tap System. Tap Date & time. Tap the toggle next to Use network-provided time to disable the automatic time. Tap that same toggle again to re-enable it.
Set time, date & time zone
- Open your phone's Clock app .
- Tap More. Settings.
- Under "Clock," pick your home time zone or change the date and time. To see or hide a clock for your home time zone when you're in a different time zone, tap Automatic home clock.
To prevent it from changing, disable time syncing.
- Right-click the time and date display on the right side of the Windows taskbar and select "Adjust Date/Time."
- Open the "Internet Time" tab in the "Date and Time" dialog box that opens up and then click the "Change Settings" button.
To change the date and time in Windows 10, open the “Settings” window. Then click the “Time & language” button in the middle of the screen to display time and language settings. How do I change the date and time on my Galaxy device?

Check your settingsMake sure that you have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS. Turn on Set Automatically1 in Settings > General > Date & Time. Go under settings->date & time and uncheck "Automatic date & time" and set the time manually.

Don't change the date on your watch between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM. You could damage the movement of the watch. If you want to be sure, change the date around 5:00 (AM or PM).

On the mobile device list on the left side of the screen, click the mobile device that you want to bind or unbind. To bind a mobile device, click Bind Device, and then click OK on the pop-up dialog box to confirm. To unbind a mobile device, click Unbind Device, and then click OK on the pop-up dialog box to confirm.
Bind the device: go to "wearfit" app->Device, tap on Bind Device, search the device and connect the device to your phone.
