Some banks also offer smartphone apps that allow you to transfer money. Telephone transfers. Call your bank's telephone banking service. The bank's customer services representative will guide you through the process - in some cases you might be guided through by an automated recording.
The three-digit code from Westpac bank enables a personal client or a commercial firm to confirm transactions in the Telephone banking. If you do not know it, you should call 132-032, or visit the nearest branch of Westpac bank.

If you have the latest version of the Westpac App – once signed into Online Banking, tap on the shelf menu – the hamburger menu next to the W logo at the top right-hand corner of your Device screen, select Push notifications and follow the prompts to set up notifications.

Westpac Live offers a powerful and dynamic

To start to share an account:
- Sign-in to Online banking.
- From Services & preferences click on Services.
- In the Account services section of the screen click on Share my account access.
