For every in-text citation in your paper, there must be a corresponding entry in your reference list. APA in-text citation style uses the author's last name and the year of publication, for example: (Field, 2005). For direct quotations, include the page number as well, for example: (Field, 2005, p. 14).
When
citing multiple works parenthetically, place the
citations in alphabetical order, separating them with semicolons.
Arrange two or more works by the same authors by year of publication.
- Place citations with no date first.
- Then, order works with dates in chronological order.
- Place in-press citations last.
Answer. In some cases, it is necessary to cite specific information from various pages within the same website. When multiple webpages with the same publication date from one larger website are used, the APA Citation Style uses a lower case a, b, c, d, etc.
If, in one paragraph, you list multiple quotes from the same page of a source, there is no need to cite that source anew each time. Use just one reference instead, placed after the last of your quotes (or perhaps at the end of the paragraph) to sum up the shared source of all your quotes.

Using et al.In APA Style in-text citations, when a source has two authors, list both. When there are three or more authors, cite the first author followed by “et al.” APA does not recommend using “et al.” in the reference list. Instead, list up to 20 authors in full.

When using APA format, follow the author-date method of in-text citation. A Work by Two AuthorsName both authors in the signal phrase or in parentheses each time you cite the work. Use the word "and" between the authors' names within the text and use the ampersand in parentheses.
