From Gen 1 all the way to Gen 8 (current) there are a total of 898 Pokémon and in total there are 59 legendary Pokémon (62 if you include Galarian Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres).
Azelf has a stat composition of 270 Attack, 151 Defense, and 181 Stamina leading to a Max CP of 3210. It can be duoed fairly easily, but otherwise, we would suggest you take on Azelf in groups of 3-6, for high-level players, or 7-20, for lower level players.
Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf are region-locked, which means players will have to make some international friends to catch all three. Uxie is available to the Asia Pacific region, Mesprit can be found in the European region, and Azelf can be caught by those in the Americas.
Uxie is defintely the most challenging of the Lake Guardians. While it is technically possible for just three top level Trainers with excellent counters to take on Uxie, if you're not bringing Mega Evolved Pokémon, Shadow Pokémon, or are just lower level, you may need as many as five Trainers.
Mesprit has a stat composition of 212 Attack, 212 Defense, and 190 Stamina leading to a Max CP of 3058. Mesprit can be duoed, but this is a hard one to do, requiring you to take advantage of either friend boosts or weather.
