An aspiring RN can earn a bachelor's of science in nursing (BSN) in four years at a college or university. So it could say pending when the BON is waiting for your NCLEX results or after they have received them and are going to issue you a license number. So no, it doesn't necessarily mean you passed. It means that your application isn't finished yet. PVT works.

How to Become a Nurse in Georgia

Part Six Continuing Education Requirements
Colorado does not require any continuing education in order to renew your nursing license. However, if you have any special certifications, you may be required to complete continuing education in order to renew those.Applicants for Colorado registered nursing licenses are required to submit to a criminal background check and could be disqualified for past crimes. Licensed nurses who get a felony conviction are obligated to self-report to the licensing board within 45 days of the conviction.
Colorado is a member of the nurse license compact, so nurses living in other compact states (for example, the bordering states of Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and Nebraska) won't need to get a Colorado license just because they take a position there.
They can work as an LPN, but they would be held to the standards of an RN doing the same work. If you are an RN, you can't work as an LPN. If you are an LPN, you cannot work as a CNA, and so forth.
Qualifications. Colorado has a mandatory practice act, which means that you may not practice as a Registered Nurse in this state without a Colorado or other compact state license.
