On the Waterloo-to-Reading line, as it is, direct trains run through Ashford to and from Windsor & Eton Riverside and Weybridge. Staines, the next station westbound, connects with services to Reading.

Feltham railway station serves Feltham in the London Borough of Hounslow, west London. It was opened on 22 August 1848 by the Windsor, Staines and South Western Railway (later the London and South Western Railway). It is 14 miles 68 chains (23.9 km) down the line from London Waterloo and is in Travelcard Zone 6.

The DLR runs from 5.30am-12.30am, Monday-Saturday, and from 7am-11.30pm on Sunday. DLR fares are the same as the Tube. You can pay for your DLR fare with a Visitor Oyster card, Oyster card or Travelcard as well as contactless payment cards.
Currently, Sevenoaks residents are unfairly caught just outside of Zone 6 of the London travel pass area. The system only extends down as far as Knockholt but to the North, East and West of London to a Zone 7, 8 and even 9. An annual Zone 1-7 Oyster travelcard is £2,544.

Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge are getting an Oyster Card-style bus payment system. BUS passengers in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge can now pay for travel with an Oyster Card-style ticket system on Arriva services.

Oyster cards are coming to St Albans, following a decision by the Department for Transport. She said: “I am so pleased the government have finally confirmed the Oyster card network will be extended to St Albans. “This has been a long campaign but I am delighted the plan has been confirmed today.â€
Epsom station will become part of the Oyster card public transport scheme on Monday (February 25). Southern Railway said: "These stations will not be included in the advertised London Travelcard zones; instead it offers customers an alternative way to pay for their travel using PAYG.
If the default route includes zone 1 then you will be charged the additional zone(s) on you oyster even if you both touch in and touch out within your zones unless you prove that you travelled on an alternative route.
It's publicised that if you use contactless to pay for travel in London, it's the same price as using an Oyster card. Of course, if you have a railcard discount (or similar) applied to your Oyster, that will always be cheaper than contactless. Discounts cannot be applied to contactless payment cards.

In order to get to either Dartford or Greenhithe you could use your Oyster card provided you pay for the part of your journey beyond the boundary of zone 6 before it begins.

Woolwich Arsenal is currently the only DLR station in Zone 4 on Transport for London's tube map. Other DLR stations that lie further eastward, such as Gallions Reach north of the river, are in Zone 3.
Hatfield is just outside the TfL zones so unfortunately you will not be able to load an Oyster card with a Travelcard that can be used for the journey from Hatfield to KX and Green Park.
