Charizard is by far the most powerful Fire-type Pokémon in the anime, as it is one of the strongest Pokémon in at least 5 different trainers' teams. In Pokémon XY, Alain and Trevor both have Charizard that can Mega-evolve into Mega Charizard X and Y respectively.

More Pokemon should learn moves like Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, and such naturally. Glaceon not learning Ice Beam, not a single electric Pokemon outside of the Pikachu and Electabuzz lines learning Thunderbolt naturally
With there being so many few elite Ice types, Glaceon will probably end up being a staple in high end raid teams due to its ease of obtainability and overall balance. As for Glaceon itself, it will take super effective damage from: Fire, Rock, Steel, and Fighting type moves.
Best moveset for MewtwoThe best moves for Mewtwo are Confusion and Psystrike when attacking Pokémon in Gyms. This move combination has the highest total DPS and is also the best moveset for PVP battles.
Glaceon is a ice type Pokémon. ice type pokémons are strong against grass, ground, flying, dragon pokémons but weak against water, ice pokémons.
1. Snow Cloak. Ice Body (hidden ability)
Lugia is the bulkiest Pokémon in Master League. Lugia goes toe-to-toe with Kyogre, Ho-Oh and Reshiram and has good matchups against the Ground types, Palkia, Dragonite and non-Shadow Ball Mewtwo. Lugia loses hard to Melmetal and generally loses to Dialga and the Giratinas.
Gardevoir has many key matchups in the Master League due to its typing and great moveset. As should be obvious by now, Gardevoir is a good Pokemon on paper, but it's held back due to being countered by so many of the top players in the league.
Is Regigigas a good choice in Pokemon GO PVP battles? The short answer for this legendary titan is simply no. Regigigas falls flat in Pokemon GO PVP even though it may have some bulky base stats like the other titans. Unfortunately, the moves that Regigigas has access to just don't cut it.
Which is better: Glaceon or Leafeon? Thanks for the link, it's on my homescreen now. Technically, Glaceon is higher in the rankings for damage throughput of its respective type. Practically, neither are anything special, so unless you're new or coming back from a long break, don't worry too much about it.
My first choice would be Mamoswine and then Glalie. Weavile is good for physical attacks but unless you teach it some powerful ice moves, its not good for special attacks. Mamoswine and Glalie learn some pretty powerful ice moves on their own.
Weavile is much more powerful than Froslass. It has higher Speed, and is a great Sweeper. It has very high attack stat. It is also a Dark type, which I find better than Ghost.
Physical sweeper. Leafeon is by far the best even though has slightly above average speed he has awesome attack and defense and far outclasses Flareon who is the weakest eevee evolution.
When you round out all of the stats, Espeon has the highest CP among them and has the highest attack, with Umbreon having the highest defense and Vaporeon having the highest stamina. If you plan on using any of these Pokémon in the PvP scene, we highly recommend you use Umbreon in the Great or Ultra League.
The main difference between them is that Sylveon has good SAtk and great SDef, making her a special wall, but she's really slow. Espeon's fast and has high SAtk, making her a good sweeper. Do note if you choose Sylveon, evolve it no later than Level 20, since that's when it learns Draining Kiss. Beat me to it.
Simply rename your Eevee to the following names in order to secure the evolution when you use 25 candy:
- Vaporeon: Rainer.
- Jolteon: Sparky.
- Flareon: Pyro.
- Espeon: Sakura.
- Umbreon: Tamao.
- Leafeon: Linnea.
- Glaceon: Rea.
- Sylveon: Kira.
In terms of stats, Vaporeon has the highest HP among any of the Eevee evolutions. It is weak to grass and electric types, as expected for a water type Pokemon.
For Great Battle PVP Umbreon is better since Espeon is way too fragile and outclassed by other Psychic type Pokemon (Uxie!).
Vaporeon is the best Eevee Evolution in general, given it has the highest CP.
Jolteon is your best choice, not only it's great Electric pokemon, but you can also teach it Pin Missile to check against Psychic.
