Lake Perris State Recreation Area welcomes your pets to visit the park with you! Keep the park clean, clean up after your pets. For their own safety, keep dogs off of unpaved trails. Pets are not allowed on the sand (Beach areas) because the water is used for municipal drinking water.

Lake Perris is stocked with Alabama spotted bass, along with rainbow trout, channel catfish, and Florida bluegill. The lake also has a healthy population of largemouth bass, which have taken over the spotted bass. There are also black crappie, carp, and crayfish.
