The quick answer is no. You can play warzone for free with the same activision account but you can't play the full game for free unless you buy it. Modern Warfare is cross platform and the PS4 allows you to play with Keyboard & Mouse on Modern Warfare.

As Cold War was released in November, it may be too soon for a discount at Black Friday. However, considering past precedents of COD titles & discount timing, there is a chance that a sale will come around December, just in time for Christmas.
One the front page of GameStop's Black Friday 2020 ad you'll find the same Nintendo Switch Mario Kart Deluxe bundle that we're seeing everywhere this year on sale for $299.99. You can get it at gamestop.com starting at 8:00PM CST on November 25, 2020 (that's the day before Thanksgiving).
For PC gamers, Steam's Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale is not to be missed. Game deals generally run for the entirety of Thanksgiving weekend and include up to 75% off on certain games and 40% to 50% off plenty of others.
