Set A PIN
- Go to Netflix.com and log in.
- Choose the profile you want to manage.
- Click the username and choose Your Account.
- Choose Parental controls.
- Input your account password.
- Click Create PIN.
- Input your PIN and choose your PIN Protection Level.

Restart your Android phone or tablet
- Power off your Android phone or tablet by holding down the power button.
- Confirm that you want to turn off your Android.
- Press the power button again to power your Android back on.
- Once your Android finishes turning on, try Netflix again.
Reset the Netflix app
- From the Home screen, select Settings.
- Swipe down until you locate the Netflix app.
- Select Netflix.
- Slide the Reset toggle to the On position.
- Press the Home button to return to the Home screen.
- Press the Home button twice and swipe right until you locate the Netflix app.
If your remote has a Smart Hub button
- Press the Smart Hub button.
- Select Netflix.
- Select Sign In.? If you do not see Sign In, select Yes on the Are you a member of Netflix? screen. If you are not yet a member, set up your membership online.
- Enter your Netflix email address and password.
- Select Sign In.
You will then be sent a verification code to enter to reset your password. This code will expire after 20 minutes, so be sure to use it as soon as possible.

Restart your home network
- Turn off or unplug your smart TV.
- Unplug your modem (and your wireless router, if it's a separate device) from power for 30 seconds.
- Plug in your modem and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on.
- Turn your smart TV back on and try Netflix again.

- Select the “Menu”
- Scroll down and select “Account“.
- A browser page will open where you can select “Change password“.
- Type your “Current Password“, “New Password“, then “Confirm New Password“.
Once you have an active Netflix membership, you can have six (6) devices registered to your account at any given time, and you may stream up to two (2) movies or TV shows at the same time by default. There is also an option to upgrade to four (4) streams at the same time from the Your Account page.

When an account is hacked, you should contact Netflix. If you can still access the account, in Settings, the option “Disconnect all devices” lets you disconnect all devices currently using the account. Then simply change the password. Additionally, you should change your passwords for all other online accounts.
[US] Netflix deleted my account. They delete your account 6 months after deactivating it. There was an issue where Netflix accounts were being stolen and email address being changed. If you have a device that your account is constantly signed on to, go to that and check the email address.
