The problem with Shippuden later on becomes that they start to intermesh the canon story and the filler in the same episode, so it becomes nearly impossible to actually skip the filler unless you have time stamps to use as a guide for fast-forwarding through the non-canon parts.

There's one 3 episode filler arc near the end of the series, and then nothing until Naruto itself actually finishes. Then its just one huge block of awful filler, that you can skip completely, it adds nothing.
In my humble opinion, there are few fillers worth watching. Kakashi's Face: Gotta See, Gotta Know (Episode 101): This one is worth watching because it's a lot of fun; hands down my 2nd favourite Naruto filler. Land of Rice Fields Investigation Mission Arc (Episodes 136–141): Not a bad arc, fairly entertaining.

Bleach is better than naruto by a fair mergin. Characters from bleach looks way more appealing than naruto!thees good episodes but its not better than naruto. Boruto is still learning like Naruto at the beginning of the series (I mean he mastered the Rasengan in like 3 days while it took weeks for Naruto to master it but whatever) and the series feels like early Naruto so it's better than Naruto.

Quite frankly, it's a better series. The art style; the storytelling; pretty much everything is better than Part 1. Honestly, Naruto, as a whole, is a great series that only suffers from one thing: poor planning. By the end of the series, the only place to go is “god-tier”.
One of the main reasons as to why a person should watch Naruto is because of the the basic message of the whole series , that is to NEVER GIVE UP. This message keeps on recurring at every point in the series and through it the other side plots of the series are highlighted.
