Anyone with an Amazon account can use Amazon Locker if there is one in their area. Access to Amazon Lockers depends on the store hours of the location where the Amazon Locker is. For example, if your items are at a Whole Foods, your access to the Amazon Locker depends on the store's opening and closing time.

If your return package is eligible, you'll see the option to return it at an Amazon Hub Locker in our Returns Center. If you select this option, you can choose a nearby locker from a map. Take the drop-off code to the locker. Enter the code on the touch screen display.
You'll have three days to pick it up, and you can do so anytime the store your Locker is at is open — evenings, weekends, whenever!

Hey, Amazon locker doesn't particularly ship faster, moreover it depends on various other factors like the delivery speed you choose while ordering ( 1day delivery, same day delivery, etc) or where the parcel is coming from, if the fulfillment center is nearby it may arrive earlier even though a standard delivery was
