- Cut off the ears and the testicles (if any).
- Cut down the front of the front legs with the cuts meeting at the neck.
- Cut down the back of the back legs.
- This is where I hang the possum up, but other folks may not bother.
- Grab the skin at the cut just above the pouch/testicle area.
