The Outer Worlds DLCRelease Date: September 9, 2020.
The Outer Worlds essentially has three different endings: the good ending, "Save the Hope"; the bad ending, "Sacrifice the Hope"; and the crash and burn ending, because of course there's got to be a way to sink even lower than the plain old "bad" ending.
N-rays come with some very fun additional effects. N-ray damage stacks the longer the exposure to it. Of course, it does damage over time, meaning you can fill up one target full of N-rays and then move on to the next, leaving the first one to die without knowing what hit them.
The new DLC added three new levels, upping up the level cap to 36. The rough estimates to attain those three levels clock in at an average of seven hours of game time. It's worth noting that without the DLCs, Outer Worlds only has a level cap of 30.

The P.E.T. is a Science Weapon in The Outer Worlds. When preparing to Power or Sweep Attack with this weapon, enemies are pulled towards the wielder. The distance pulled depends on the wielder's Science skill.
What are Science Weapons? Science weapons are basically anything a mad scientist would create — like shrink rays, anti-gravity guns, or mind control rays. They don't deal a ton of damage on their own, but their damage will scale with the wielder's tech > science skill. They all require energy cell ammo.Jun 4, 2020
The shrink ray deals plasma damage, but it also makes your target smaller for a few seconds. They're slightly harder to hit, but their armor and damage are also reduced. Increasing your tech > science skill will increase the amount of reduction.Jun 4, 2020
