If you forget to say UNO before your card touches the Discard pile, but you “catch” yourself before another player catches you, you are safe and not subject to the penalty. You may not catch a player for failure to say UNO until their second-to-last card touches the Discard pile.
The moment a player has just one card they must yell “UNO!”. If they are caught not saying “Uno” by another player before the next player has taken their turn, that player must draw two new cards as a penalty. The bottom line is – Announcing “Uno” needs to be repeated every time you are left with one card.
UNO ATTACK!Each player is dealt 7 cards. Place one card from the deck on top of the Launcher to begin a DISCARD pile. Open the Launcher, insert the remaining cards facedown inside, close the launcher and turn the ON/OFF switch located on the bottom of the Launcher to “ON”.
Yes, you can end the game with an action card. If it is however, a Draw Two or Wild Draw Four card, the next player must draw the 2 or 4 cards respectively. These cards are counted when the points are totaled.
If you forget to say 'UNO' before your card touches the Discard pile, but you "catch" yourself before another player catches you, you are safe and not subject to the penalty. If a player goes out by discarding a Wild All Hit card or Wild Hit-Fire card, all players must follow the normal rules for these cards.

A little-known UNO rule has divided the internet, after it was revealed you can play a 'skip' on top of a 'draw two' to avoid having to pick up cards. 'If someone plays a draw two on you and you have a skip card of the same colour in your hand, you can play it and 'bounce' the penalty to the next player,' they said.
So if you throw a skip, draw two, reverse or draw four you are obligated to throw another card on top or draw. In order to remove some confusion, I simply discard all of the reverses and skips before the start of the game when playing heads up but the rule still applies when throwing cards that make your opponent draw.
If they can't play a card after playing the Draw Two, and it's now your turn, you can play a Reverse if it matches the color of the Draw Two on top of the pile.
The Uno reverse card is an absolute legend! Uno reverse cards have been included in virtually every version of the Uno card game and have achieved a level of fame as a meme that is unsurpassed.
No, it's not valid to do so since according to the Mattel's UNO rules the next player forfeit their turn and MUST draw 4 cards from the pile. But for the player after the next player (who had to pick up the 4 cards) it's a valid play.
7-0 Playing a 7 allows you swap hands with another player, and playing a 0 forces all players to take their hand and pass it down in the order of play.
All opponents' cards are given to the winner and points are counted. All number cards are the same value as the number on the card (e.g. a 9 is 9 points). “Draw Two" – 20 Points, “Reverse" – 20 Points, “Skip" – 20 Points, “Wild" – 50 Points, and “Wild Draw Four" – 50 Points.
The Internet did not take this news well.Apparently, if a player puts down a +4 card, the next player must simply draw four cards and skip their turn. No stacking allowed.
