ISO A paper sizes
The A-series consists of a logical set of paper sizes that are defined by the ISO 216 standard. The largest size (A0) measures one square meter. The paper used in the legal profession, for accounting is called legal-sized paper which is 8.5 inches wide and 14 inches long. The size of legal papers should match the legal parameters, otherwise, the document will not be legally binding and obligating. The longer length helps make contracts more easily readable.
The most frequently used paper size is A4 measuring 210 by 297 millimetres (8.3 in × 11.7 in).

13x19 Paper (19x13)
13x19 Paper is a popular size for digital print and more.The U.S. standard #10 envelope is designed to handle a letter-sized sheet of paper trifolded, and A4 trifolded wouldn't quite fit. People own binders, notepads, clipboards, and the like designed for letter paper. There would have to be a large investment in new supplies, for only a modest benefit.

Letter or ANSI Letter is a paper size commonly used as home or office stationery in the United States, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, the Dominican Republic and the Philippines. It measures 8.5 by 11 inches (215.9 by 279.4 mm).
A0 measures 841 × 1189 millimeters or 33.11 × 46.81 inches. In PostScript, its dimensions are rounded off to 2384 × 3370 points.
In the American market ISO paper sizes are hardly used at all. The US-alternative to A3 is called Tabloid or Ledger (ANSI B) and measures 11 x 17″ or 279 × 432 mm.
Standard movie poster sizes (One-Sheet & Bus Stop). Note: Film posters sold in retailing are in poster size, which is 24 x 36 inches. Common landscape (horizontal oriented) format movie Posters also called HALF-SHEET measure 22" x 28", and are generally printed on thicker stock paper.

Aside from traditional photographic products, 11x14 is not a standard paper size. You can set up a custom paper in the Print Settings dialog to fit 11 x 14 paper.
With its mat, a Small portrait is 11x14 and its drawing dimensions are 8x10, or about the size of a standard piece of printer paper.
For the best 11x14” Prints, ensure that your image's size is 3300x4200 pixels.
Aspect ratios almost always are shown in the lowest possible whole number stating the longest side first. The most common print sizes in inches (along with the aspect. ratios) are: 4X6 (3:2) 11X14 (14:11) 5X7 (7:5) 12X18 (3:2)
The A3 size print measures 29.7 x 42.0cm, 11.69 x 16.53 inches, if mounted 40.6 x 50.8cm, 15.98 x 20 inches. The A4 size print measures 21.0 x 29.7cm, 8.27 x 11.69 inches, if mounted 30.3 x 40.6cm, 11.93 x 15.98 inches.
How to Print Borderless 11x14 on a Canon Printer
- Step 1 - Open your 11x14 image.
- Step 2 - Resize the canvas to 11x17. In Photoshop go to the Image > Canvas Size. In Photoshop Elements go to Image > Resize > Canvas Size.
- Step 3 - Make a print. In the printer driver, you will choose 11x17 as your paper size and choose the borderless option.
