Check or change security settings for Android devices
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Tap Security. If you don't see "Security," tap Security & location or Google. Security.
From the beginning of Nokia phones, the default security code has been the very same five digits. You may need this security code when making changes to the security settings or when trying to reset the phone settings to factory defaults. Yep, it is that easy.
First method:
- At the very beginning power off the NOKIA 3.
- Connect the device with charger by using the Micro USB Cable.
- Afterwards press and hold the Volume Up + Power key for a short while.
- Release both keys as soon as the Recovery Mode pops up.

If your SIM card is locked on your Nokia 105
If you enter a wrong PIN several times, your SIM card will be locked and you will need to enter the PUK code to unlock it. The PUK code is an eight-digit personal code that unlocks your SIM card. Nokia Restriction Codes are used to remove restrictions added to a Nokia phone by your original carrier so it will only work with their network. It is also known as an unlock code or an unlock password.
The PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code is a code consisting of 8 digits. It is used to unblock your SIM card when you entered 3 times a wrong PIN code. A card blocked by the PUK code cannot be unblocked; it cannot be used any further and you have to replace it.
The PIN2 code is a four- to eight-digit password that you enter when using or requesting user certificates or performing tasks such as resetting total call charges.
Under "Services," tap Security Security code. If needed, enter your phone password and pick the account. You'll see a 10-digit code.
Security codes usually change because: “At times, the security codes used in end-to-end encryption might change. This is likely because you or your contact reinstalled WhatsApp or changed phones.”
Use Volume keys to scroll to Wipe Data/factory reset option and then use the power button to select this mode. Step 5. Under Wipe Data/factory reset select "Yes" and then reboot your android device. First method:
- Press Power button until your cell phone turns on.

- Select Menu > > Restore factory set. .
- Enter the security code. There is no more confirmation after you select OK , but the phone is reset and all data is removed.
Factory reset your Android phone from the Settings menu
- In the Settings menu, find Backup & reset, then tap Factory data reset and Reset phone.
- You'll be prompted to enter your passcode and then to Erase everything.
- Once that is done, select the option to reboot your phone.
- Then, you can restore your phone's data.
Then we can use the
reset feature to return in original modes. If
reset feature is used, then entire
phone setting will be lost.

The default lock code is 12345. Keep the code secret and in a safe place, separate from your phone.
Android phones To find the IMEI code on your phone, go to Settings > About Phone > Status > IMEI Information. If your phone has two IMEI-codes, please provide IMEI1. Classic phones To find the IMEI code on your phone, enter *#06# on your keypad when on the main screen.

Select Menu > > System update . Your phone starts looking for available updates. To start an update, select the found new software update.

- Afterwards enter your lock code. The default one is 12345.
- Wait a few minutes to comple the whole proccess.
- Success! You have just accomplish the factory reset operation.

- After that prepare the Micro USB Cable connected with charger and plug this cable into your smartphone.
- Now start pressing Volume Up and Power buttons for a short while.
- When Recovery Mode appears let go of all keys.
