1.14 (also referred to as Village and Pillage or as The Texture Update) is an update for Minecraft: Java Edition that was released on April 23, 2019.
The Illager is a hostile mob added in Update 1.11. They are similar to Villagers, except they have pale skin and dark clothes. They are considered to be Village outcasts. They spawn in Woodland Mansions, and do not respawn after they are killed. There are three variants, the Vindicator, Evoker, and Illusioner.

This effect will last for ~2 in game days and will give you great discounts on trades, with the discount dependent on the level of the effect. Villagers will also show their gratitude, so look out for your new fans in the village after you save them!The Bad Omen effect is a status effect that causes a group of hostile mobs to spawn and attack when a player with the Bad Omen effect enters a village. This event is called a Raid. A player can be inflicted with the Bad Omen status effect by killing an illager patrol leader.
Pillagers cannot see players through glass.
The new minecraft update AKA the 1.15 update, also known as the Buzzy Bees update, is here! New Bee Mobs, New honey blocks, new items, and a lot of bug fixes! New commands and so much more, you can use the honey block to make minecraft redstone contraptions.
Pillager outposts can be found in any biome that a village can, and usually generate ~300 blocks from a village, though they can spawn anywhere else in the Overworld, such as in small island in the ocean.

The job site blocks are a brand new type of block specific to a villager's profession and something they visit every day to perform their work. For example, an armorer will seek out a blast furnace, while a farmer would probably prefer to work at a nearby composter.
