HD video with 1080 lines uses 1920 pixels per line (1920 x 1080). HD video with 720 lines uses 1280 pixels per line (1280 x 720). Both of these formats have an aspect ratio of 16:9.

If you're looking for more flexibility in your editing, then try 2k or 4k and output in 1080p. If you want the MAXIMUM quality possible, then of course – go for the highest resolution you can, but for most everyday content videos 1080p or even 720p are enough.

Open Effects tab and in Video Effects find Infognition folder and "Super Resolution resize" effect there. Drag this effect to your clip on the timeline, or if the clip was selected just double click the effect to apply it. You should see "Effect Controls" tab with "Super Resolution resize" effect applied.

- Choose Edit > Preferences > Capture (Windows) or Premiere Pro > Preferences > Capture (Mac OS).

- If you want to save captured clips to a specific bin in a project, first open the project.
