Levi's is just one brand of jeans in the moderate price range. The quality is decent, but not notably higher quality than all other jeans. There is not that much variance in quality for denim, zippers and any other hardware like rivets that might be used on jeans of a similar price point.

With sanforized jeans, none. BUT, all jeans will stretch with wear, depending upon how much pressure is put on the waist band, you can get up to 1.5" stretch after being worn for a time.
You should take your regular size in these jeans. Don't size up or down, they won't loosen and they won't shrink. A.P.C.'s treated denim is available in models specifically for women or men.

What We Think: The Petit New Standard is the fortunate middle child in the A.P.C family. Like the New Standard, it has a slim cut with more room in the thighs, but has the more discernible tapered leg of the Petit Standard. Fit: Medium rise, slim fit – great compromise between the New Standard and Petit Standard.
