Most of what makes Trello great is available for free. You can create teams, boards, and invite your friends and family to collaborate with you on them.
Trello is a collaboration tool that organizes your projects into boards. In one glance, Trello tells you what's being worked on, who's working on what, and where something is in a process. Imagine a white board, filled with lists of sticky notes, with each note as a task for you and your team.
You can view all of the cards that you have been assigned or added yourself to, and sort them by board or due date by going to your cards page. To do this just click on your name in the Trello header and select "Cards" or go to https://trello.com/your/cards .
To change your board's background, go to the board menu on the right side of your board, and select "Change Background". You can then choose your board background. Change a board's background in the board's settings.
Deleting a closed boardChoose the 'Boards' menu in the header. Select 'See closed boards' at the bottom of the Boards header menu. From there, you'll see a list of your closed boards with a ' Delete' button for any board that you're an admin for. Click on that button to delete the board permanently.
Just authorize your Trello account, you'll be shown a list of boards, select one, them multi-select the cards you want and select the "Delete" action.
If you don't see the menu on your board, then it's probably just closed. To reopen the menu, select the "Show Menu" link that is in the top right corner of your board under your name. Select "Show Menu" if you don't see the board's menu.

A Free Team has a limit of 10 boards open at a time, which means that if you need more than 10 boards, you might need to close some to open space for new ones.
