Open System Preferences > Screen Time. Click on Content & Privacy. Choose Limit adult websites > Customise. Add a site you'd like to block.

First, in the General pane of System Preferences, you can tick 'Automatically hide and show the menu bar'. On doing so, the menu bar scrolls up and out of sight. To access it, move the mouse pointer right to the top of the screen. On selecting any menu item, the menu bar will disappear again.
Just pull down the “View†menu and select the first option, which if it's hidden should be “Show Toolbarâ€. Again, return to the “View†menu and choose “Customize Toolbarâ€, then drag and drop the default option into the toolbar to regain the lost address bar / smart search field and all other toolbar components.
You can move your cursor to the top of the screen, or you can use the Fn+Control+F2 keyboard shortcut to temporarily show the menu bar. However, if you want to permanently show the menu bar, go back to the System Preferences and disable the “Automatically Hide and Show the Menu Bar†option.
On macOS Mojave, click on the System Preferences, the System Preferences window will open. Then click on the General setting icon. Then on the General window, uncheck the “Automatically hide and show the menu bar†to prevent menu bar from disappearing on macOS Mojave.
