After Monica's display of lunacy in smashing all of Tanya's windows, she insists on attending the upcoming DCFS meeting, which will include Tanya, Derek's mom, and Debbie.Fiona officially sells the laundromat which it is turned into a networking lounge, also has Etta living with the Gallagher family; Fiona finds herself into another business opportunity when meeting a real estate agent.
A cat runs into Patsy's and it's one of Etta's, so Fiona runs it over to the Laundromat. Fiona offers to buy the lease instead; she says she'll get a $100,000 loan, buy the lease for the Laundromat, and let Etta continue living in her apartment upstairs.

Monica finally leaves for good
Even more than Mickey, when Monica pops in on Shameless, there is little hope for a happy ending. Season 7 puts the final nail in the coffin, literally. Monica has a brain condition that could lead to her death at any moment. We don't think much of her diagnosis until it happens.
