Access your Adobe ID account online, and sign in with your Adobe ID (your email address) and password. If you have a Creative Cloud account, you can also access your account via the Creative Cloud desktop app.

iOS — Open the PDF attachment in Mail, then click “Markup and Reply” to sign. Android — Download Adobe Fill & Sign, open the PDF, and tap the Signature button.

Steps to sign a PDF
- Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign.
- Click the Sign icon in the toolbar.
- The Fill & Sign tool is displayed.
- The form fields are detected automatically.
- Click the Sign icon in the toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials.
It seems the pdf has document restrictions enabled, which require you to supply the permission password to change the permissions (to allow signing) for the pdf. This can be done in Adobe Acrobat. Reader doesn't have this functionality.

Remove Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service via CMD
- To delete the service, type cmd in the Windows search box, right-click the result and select Run as administrator.
- Then, in cmd, type sc delete AGSService and hit Enter.
- To remove the folder, go to C:Program Files(x86)CommonFilesAdobeAdobeGCClient. and delete it.

Click on the Buy button next to Acrobat Pro 2017, and then change the "I want to buy" option to "Full License" (or "License Upgrade" if you have a qualifying earlier version). By ensuring that the winmgmt service is running, your desktop app sign-in will work continuously. Adobe apps must store and retrieve license information on your computer. Occasionally, an app is unable to store or retrieve this information because of issues in the license storage on your computer.

How to Block Adobe From Firewall
- Press "Windows-W," type "firewall" and then select "Allow an App Through Windows Firewall" from the results.
- Click "Change Settings." Locate the appropriate application, such as Adobe Connect or Adobe Media Server, and then deselect the check box to the left of the program.
- Click on the menu bar icon.
- Click the ellipsis icon at the top-right.
- Select “Preferences”
- Uncheck “Launch at login”.
- Note: The “Preferences” option does not appear until you log in to Creative Cloud.
Reset forgotten password
- Go to your Adobe account sign-in page, enter your email address and select Continue.
- Select Reset your password.
- Enter the code sent to your email address or phone number.
- In the Update your password screen, enter your new password twice to confirm, then select Reset password.
Click Manage My Account. Enter your email address and password in the Online Account Options screen and click Login. Once you are logged in, click the link Change User Names, Passwords, & Email accounts. Click on the I forgot my password link, and follow the instructions.
